The last night of free week was one of the better nights. With my favorite of the night, Shapes Have Fangs. They have a very mid-60′s sound. It was pretty good, i will be checking them out sometime soon for sure. Another point of interest was the Minotaurs (though i’m sure they would rather not have it brought up, but i suspected at the time, and later confirmed that this was (former sound team member) Matt Oliver’s new band). I have always been a fan of his style, though i think Sunset has held on to their old sound, more than these minotaurs. Another band i was admiring was International Waters, but i only saw them finishing their set as i came in from being outside for some reason. It was a long week, can’t wait till next year.
